No Returns or Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our products, Deshadia Design Studio does not accept returns or offer refunds for any digital or custom physical products. All sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@deshadiadesign.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Deshadia Design Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Order Cancellations

  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
