2. How are the classes conducted? All our classes are conducted through Zoom unless otherwise stated. This allows for an interactive and engaging learning experience from the comfort of your own space.
3. How do I book a 1-on-1 session? All 1-on-1 sessions must be booked through Acuity. Please visit our Acuity scheduling page to book your personalized session. These sessions are also conducted via Zoom.
4. What platform do you use for design? All our designs are based on Canva. To get the full experience, most designs require Canva Pro.
5. How will I access my digital products? Upon purchase, digital products will be delivered via email or through a download link. Make sure to check your email inbox and spam folder for access information.
6. Can I resell digital products purchased from Deshadia Design Studio? We offer specific digital products for resale, which means you can take them and resell them for your business. These products will be clearly marked as "For Resale."
7. Are there products that cannot be resold? Yes, there are certain digital products that are not for resale. These products must not be resold and are for personal use only. They will be clearly marked as "Not for Resale."
8. What if I need help with my design? If you need assistance with your designs, you can book a 1-on-1 session with us through Acuity. We are happy to provide personalized guidance to help you achieve your design goals.
9. How do I join a Zoom class? Once you book a class, you will receive a Zoom meeting link via email. Click the link at the scheduled time to join the class.
10. Do I need any special equipment for the classes? A stable internet connection, a computer or tablet, and a Canva account (preferably Canva Pro) are recommended for the best learning experience.
